Avenue Frochot was developed in the 1830s, and became a landmark in the cultural and social life of Romantic Paris.The townhouses lining the avenue were home to many prominent artists. Nowadays it is one of the most sought after, private street in Paris . The cobblestoned street is closed to vehicular traffic and access is obtained by a coded entry gate, the caretaker's house is located at the entry. At dusk, the avenue is illuminated by street lamps which evoke the atmosphere of late 19C .

My typically Parisian, well-lit and AC equiped apartment is on the last floor of a charming apartment building with an elevator. It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.

A 1 minuto de la plaça Pigalle, del métro, mi apartamento ha sido renovado para darle la bienvenida. Hay un dormitorio cerrado, en el entresuelo con una cama doble (140x190). Esta fresco en verano. Aqui, todo esta a mano: tiendas, métro, mercados, restaurantes, sin necesitar de cansarse!
