Mon appartement de 43m² se trouve tout proche de gare du nord, entre le canal saint Martin, Montmartre et la gare de l'est. Dans une rue avec de nombreux commerces mais très calme la nuit, il est a 2 min de nombreux transports. Une chambre séparée, une cuisine ouverte et tout ce qu'il faut pour être confortable en plein Paris.
