L'atelier , situé au 2ème étage est aujourd'hui entièrement rénové, confortable, très bien équipé, haut de 4 m sous plafond, lumineux, les baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur la cour, pavée et arborée de magnolias et de rosiers. Le temps est suspendu, le calme, la douceur de la lumière, les célèbres ateliers de la butte Montmartre, au coeur de Pigalle.

This magnificent 52 sq m flat is south oriented, so that it is always full of light ! The area is just amazing, i m so lucky to live here. Wood everywhere except in the bathroom. It is very nice at night... it’s peaceful and cozy…you are away from the street... it’s very quiet…calm…I appreciate it enormously ! The kitchen has everything new in it : Oven /dryer/washing machine /fridge My bedroom has a very comfy bed for 2. The brand new sofa can be turned into a very comfortable bed for 2 .
