Wi-fi available but no TV. Building secured with caretaker, street code and interphone. It is a non smoker flat Shopping for day to day needs available very close. The flat is clean and pleasant and easy to live. Bed Sheets and towels are provided as well as table cloth and dishcloth. So well located to discover Paris with easy access to monuments but also for shopping (department stores). It is also convenient for theaters, and several show places.

Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas
