The ultra contemporary ensuite bathroom is decorated in calming hues of gray and beige, has a rain shower, toilet, sink and a towel heater. Please note that due to the historic nature of the building and certain restrictions on construction, the flat is not air-conditioned. A fan is provided, however, due to the the old thick stone walls the apartment stays rather cool even on the warmest of summer days. 2. The apartment has an interior stairway from the living/dining room to the bedroom/bathroom and therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. 3. This apartment can only comfortably accommodate 3 people. Children above the age of 12 years old are welcome. 4. While the kitchen is very well equipped, there is no dishwashing machine.

Quiet traditional Parisian apartment in a 19th Century dressed stone building and street on 5th floor with elevator : double living room, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen (dish washer and washing machine/dryer), balcony and private underground parkplace (4 minutes on foot). I furnished and decorated it with love, including paintings. In a neighbourhood vibrant of shops and restaurants, it is 2 minutes on foot from the Metro, from which all Paris must-sees are within a 13-30 minute range.

in my own apartment you will be in the place to live as french people… you have near by all what is necessary for eating, there or outside, museums, music concert, theaters, pictures (version originale) opera Garnier, Bastille . and shopping, restos, pâtisseries and so on ! 3ème person can be received (adult or child de + 12 ans), an extra bed in the living : 45€/night. If you are 2 but wanting extra bed for sleeping separatly, ask it for 30€ for the entire stay.

Allí encontrarás muy buenos servicios, con electrodomésticos completos (lavadora, lavavajillas, etc.) y muchos consejos para facilitarte el día a día, y hacer más agradable tu estancia. Una gran televisión 4K 43 y acceso a Internet de 1 Gbit con tomas Ethernet en el alojamiento completarán el paquete.

In one of the small streets behind the church Saint Germain des Prés, in a house built in 1650, a cosy two-bedrooms-space is waiting for you. One bed is 180cm large, the other one 160cm. Two toilets, one bathroom with an extra large shower. I lovingly renovated and refurbished this historical place. It’s calm and charming, with old stones and wooden beams. Just around the corner: shops, restaurants, jazz musicians, legendary cafes and famous adresses.

Our apartment is in a courtyard of several artists' studios built early 20th century. It's hidden from the street, behind a building, so very quiet. Also very light and sunny as we have high windows. It's up one flight of stairs and inside it is a duplex, the living area, kitchen and a WC downstairs, bedroom, office space and shower room upstairs.
