My parisian cocoon

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Very quiet 1 king-size bed, fully-equipped appartment in the heart of the lively 11th arrondissement, conveniently located in a "dead-end" street (hence no traffic at all) . Everything you need near-by, and métro 9 station "Charonne" 2 minutes away. 2nd floor (no elevator), lovely neighboors but strict "no noise" policy in the building (not ideal to party, invite many people or listen to loud music, you will be in trouble very quickly!)

The apartment is fully furnished and offers a kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with a large quality double bed (160×200) and a bathroom. The apartment is located on the 4th and last floor (without elevator: not recommended for XXL luggage)!

Appartement joli et calme à côté du Père Lachaise

Appartement calme et lumineux, juste à côté du métro. A proximité de commerces, bars et restaurants. Le quartier est très agréable et on peut facilement se déplacer à pied pour visiter d'autres quartiers très attrayants. Une visite du père Lachaise s'impose, c'est un havre de paix et c'est très agréable de s'y promener. La ligne de métro mène directement à Montmartre.

Very nice 506 sq. ft. loft situated along a cobbled passage with a small terrace and away from noisy Parisian streets. Neighborhood offers a large variety of restaurants (including French cuisine). We have a parking spot which is accessible with a swipe card (price: 30 euros/day). Metro line: 9 and buses two minutes away (76.56.46,61)
