Salle de bain avec toilettes (sanibroyeur). Il s'agit d'un petit espace que nous avons essayé de rendre agréable à un prix accessible. N'hésitez pas à nous solliciter pour une arrivée anticipée ou un départ tardif. Les horaires peuvent être élargis pour faciliter et rendre plus confortable votre séjour.

Appartement vintage, convivial et chaleureux de 60m2 refait à neuf. Il est au calme sur cour et lumineux. Cet appartement est au pied du métro Ménilmontant, un quartier en pleine mutation avec de nombreux commerces de proximités, tout proche du quartier Jean-pierre Timbaud, d’Oberkampf, Belleville et Père Lachaise.
