Nearby faciliticies : Franprix supermarket, bakery, Le Millénaire shopping center, local market (Saturdays), pharmacy, near the Paris ring road. 30min away from the CDG airport and Orly Airport.

Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

Salle de bain avec toilettes (sanibroyeur). Il s'agit d'un petit espace que nous avons essayé de rendre agréable à un prix accessible. N'hésitez pas à nous solliciter pour une arrivée anticipée ou un départ tardif. Les horaires peuvent être élargis pour faciliter et rendre plus confortable votre séjour.

In a quiet street, the apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the metro (Place des Fêtes - line 11) and not far from the shops of Jourdain, the bars / restaurants of rue de la Villette, and the Buttes Chaumont park. The apartment is non-smoking and parties are not allowed.
