Separate toilet & bathroom. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

'FLORIDA' - TRANQUIL BEACH HOUSE RETREAT

Ventnor is the place to go if you want some peace and quiet. Bordering on acreage farmland, 'Florida' is your little piece of serenity. The house is on a 740m2 fully fenced block with beautiful gum trees that provide both shade and privacy. The outside deck is perfectly located off the living area and has a BBQ, table and chairs. Inside is an open living area that includes kitchen, dining and lounge with a rustic wood fireplace. We are pet friendly and all bed linen and towels are provided.

There is also a large covered patio area with outdoor table and chairs and a gas BBQ for your use.

Situated on a flat block, the large grassed backyard was created for children to explore with an enclosed trampoline, cubby house and boat. Located a stones throw from the RSL, a short walk to the main shopping precinct and close to the Cowes main beach.
