The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

Black Swan Cottage provides a unique opportunity for people who wish to experience living in Tasmania in such a beautiful location that Kingston Beach has to offer. The cottage is set on the riverbanks of Browns River with a very sunny aspect overlooking the Kingston Beach Golf Course with beautiful views of Mount Wellington. When you walk through the front gate you feel a tranquil calmness come over you when you see the river flowing past the garden with ducks and swans paddling in the water.

Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people .
