WELCOME Now open for 2026 and looking forward to greeting guests both new and old. Built under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is rustic themed and located around 5 mls (8km) from the A1 and 3 (5km) from the M62 motorway, with good road/rail and bus links. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.

A spacious modern apartment in the heart of the Peak District surrounded by beautiful countryside. Great for families and for groups of friends that might want a walking holiday. Two of the bedrooms can be made up as twin beds or superkingsize. The third bedroom has a double bed. There is also a cot and high chair in the apartment. Stoney Middleton has a friendly pub, village chip shop, curry cottage and The Cupola, serving food etc. Chatsworth, Bakewell, Eyam and Grindleford are all nearby.

The cottage has two bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, a lounge dining area and kitchen, equipped to a high standard, with stripped pine floors and exposed beams. This cottage also has the benefit of being fully accessible for disabled visitors, with many extras ensuring wheelchair users or anyone with limited mobility an enjoyable stay. Stable Cottage boasts spectacular uninterrupted views across the valley.

There’s two single sofa beds in the lounge ideal for children and you can bring up to two dogs. Private parking is available.

Betton Cottage is a spacious first floor apartment in the grounds of Betton House, a Grade 2 listed Georgian house. Breakfast is provided. Featuring high ceilings and gorgeous period features.The flat is accessed by fairly steep stairs so is not suitable for guests who are unable to climb stairs.
