Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)

Si trova in una posizione strategica: dalle finestre possiamo ammirare lo spettacolare borgo di Bellagio. Consiglio un auto per spostarsi in autonomia.

Tra lago e monti

L’ appartamento si trova all’interno di una villa costruita negli anni ‘50 e mantiene inalterato fascino dell’epoca. Per accedere c’è un ingresso indipendente e una ripida scala a chiocciola perciò non è adatto a chi ha problemi di mobilità o a bimbi piccoli. Siamo vicino al centro di Lecco e ancor più vicino alla stazione. Dispone di una terrazza nella quale godere di momenti di assoluto relax. Ci sono due accoglienti camere da letto, una matrimoniale ed una singola.
