Welcome to our 2nd home. Hidden away in the village of the old town of Ueberlingen. You can have a quiet and relaxing time as well as the opportunity to enjoy the busy and bustling city with it's lovely cobbled streets, the market place, the lake with ice cream parlours, restaurants and pubs. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two family house with two balconies and a garden.

Die Adelindis-Therme ist im 5 km entfernten Bad Buchau zu erreichen, weitere Thermen im Umkreis von ca. 25 km. Das Sommerhäuschen ist nicht für Kinder unter 4 Jahren und nicht für Menschen mit Behinderung geeignet, da das Schlafabteil nur über die steile Leiter zu erreichen ist.

Der Eingang, Zugang zur Terrasse und das Badezimmer sind ebenerdig und deshalb auch für gehbehinderte Menschen geeignet. Auch der Toilettensitz ist erhöht und die Dusche ohne Stufe.

Die Wohnung ist in einem alten Bauernhaus (anno 1833) neu hergestellt worden. Bei der Erstellung wurde darauf geachtet möglichst viele Naturbaustoffe zuverwenden (Holz, Lehm, Hanf). Die Zwischenwände wurden als Fachwerkwände ausgestaltet. Das Wohnzimmer bildet mit der Küche einen Raum. Die Wohnung hat ca.60 m² und ist barrierefrei hergestellt.
