Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

The Engine House

The Engine House is a Grade 2 listed conversion in the stunning development that is Perran Foundry. 10 minutes from Falmouth beach, and 10 minutes from Truro city. Nestled on the banks of the river Kenall, The Perran Foundry is a World heritage site that is over 200years old!. The Engine House as the name suggests was the beating heart of the foundry. The building has been brought back to life and now boasts contemporary spaces set into the fabric of the old foundry buildings.

A peaceful annexe in a traditional barn conversion on our farm. Private patio area and secure bike or Kayak storage. The village and surrounding area has an abundance of quality pubs and restaurants serving local produce. Stithians village has a shop, a pub, and is ideally situated for touring Cornwall and National Trust sites. The North and South coast are close by and there are many ideal walks and cycle routes. There is also sailing and water sports on Stithians Reservoir.

Our place is great for couples with a dog that loves to play on the beach! Whether you like to walk the coast path, explore the beautiful sub-tropical gardens of Cornwall or take a stroll on a beach there’s something here for everyone. We have 11 acres of garden to share with you; a serene lake where you can sit and read a book, chickens to feed and a fire-pit where you can toast marshmallows before you snuggle down in front of your wood-burner. Our Courtyard Apartment is a comfortable, quiet, first floor flat with garden & country views. Light and spacious, situated in the country near Mylor, it is perfect for exploring Cornwall. We are walking distance from Mylor Bridge & Pandora Inn, close to Mylor Sailing Club, within 10 mins from the University Campus at Penryn and 15 mins from Falmouth. We don't accept pets in this apartment but we do in our other accommodation.
