It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It's 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the 'Rifleman's Arms'.

Situated on the border of Yorkshire, Lancashire and Cumbria, the cottage is perfectly located to explore the lakes and yorkshire dales, or to simply relax. Nestled in the countryside 0.5miles from the nearest pub there are plenty of fantastic eateries, open-air swimming pool, waterfalls walk, caves and the spectacular ribblehead viaduct

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

You have exclusive access to the garden, which means relaxing in the hot tub after a long day sight seeing, shopping or hitting the pubs.

Shop, bars, restaurants and cafes are all within a 2 minute walk and the train station is within a 5 minute walk away. The Cottage is over 200 years old and has interesting historical features with internal stone walls and exposed windows. A small quirky cottage in a fabulous location.

We have lovingly refurbished Woodlands View to create a stylish space which we welcome you to enjoy: We are located in the centre of Hebden Bridge. Located a 2 minute walk to Hebden Bridge Train Station. Two car parks within a couple of minute walk from the property free overnight between 8pm- 8am. There is also free on street parking a couple of minute walk from the property on Burnley road, the same road as the property.
