The apartment contains a double bedroom, a WC/ bath/ shower room, the lounge/ kitchen/ dining room is open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge and microwave. Secure parking for one vehicle is available. Sorry, smoking/ pets are not allowed . The apartment is unsuitable for children.

As soon as you walk in time seems to stop, it will be difficult to leave. There is a magic here, perhaps it's the colors emanating from the natural walls & floor. Welcome to Sunny Bank situated in the village of Lanner, Cornwall. Lanner is very central for exploring all of Cornwall with its beautiful coast line. Cleaned to very a high standard using antibacterial cleaner, consists of a new kitchen with dishwasher/fridge/oven and hob, bathroom, new furniture and the ground floor has been completely redecorated, so it has a fresh airy feel to the property, but very homely at the same time.
