It has a full size fridge with a stackable washer dryer The property is 11 minutes from the Lafayette BART and 7 minutes from Walnut Creek town center by car. Briones Wildlife Park is less than a mile away. We have 4 cats and two small dogs. Pets are welcome but we ask for large dogs to be on leash. TESLA charging available.

Lots of storage within one of the most quite settings you will find. We made a thoughtful attempt to load the unit with everything u might need while away. The kitchen is functional to the point that you could actually cook a Thanksgiving dinner, multiple frying pans to crock pots a blender or chefs knives. Bathroom sundries abound!

A neighborhood offering easy access to all of what the Bay Area has to offer. Red Cedar lined walls, a full kitchen, memory foam bed, private outdoor patio, free WiiFi and a Smart TV are just a few of the perks. We are located less than a mile away and will give you your privacy, but will be available upon request!

Berkeley Bitty House - a little bit of home

The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.

Peaceful and quiet but just a few blocks to UC Berkeley, all the restaurants of the "Gourmet Ghetto", and the North Berkeley Bart station.
