This property is situated in a small village, set on the north coast of Cornwall which is renowned for its beautiful surfing beaches and coastal walks. The closest beach 'Holywell' is a 5 min drive or a 20 min walk and there are many more fantastic beaches in the vicinity. Truro, Perranporth and Newquay as well as the airport are all within 20 mins drive, Eden Project 40 mins and the A30 is 7 min away. Great for couples all year around for mid-season walking holidays and get away winter breaks.

It is located in equal distance from the famous Fistral Beach out front & the stunning River Gannel - adjoining Crantock Beach, to the rear. Both can be reached within a 2 minute walk - you just need to decide!

The lodge comprises of one open plan room with a king sized bed, sofa, tv, fully equipped kitchen and separate bathroom. Outside is a private patio area and shower. Our timber studio is perfect for those looking for a base whilst exploring Cornwall. It’s situated at the bottom of our garden with beautiful rural views yet only a 10min drive from the stunning North Cornish coast and 2mins off the A30. The studio has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge and gas hob, king sized bed and shower room. It has its own central heating so is lovely and snug even in winter! Guests can sit outside on the patio and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Dogs considered.
