Private parking, or ideal without a car. Absolutely no-smoking. Not even in the balcony or terrace. Town tourist tax of 3 €/person/day from March to Nov. payable on arrival.

The house has no parking, finding parking in Varenna in summer is complicated, it is advisable to arrive by train.
