The 3-level house offers all modern conveniences while maintaining the characteristics of core houses. The area is very quiet, peaceful and traffic-free, with convenient private parking (free of charge). The Shopping center in Grancia and the large public beach in Casoro, are just a few minutes away, as are numerous hiking trails in the immediate vicinity of the house.
