Explore Michelin-starred restaurants, coffee shops, the bustling Clement Street and NOPA neighborhoods, the Presidio Tunnel Tops — or relax on the patio and read a book. You’ll love my place because of its location, charm, and convenience. It's located at the end of a small quiet street, but just a block to all the restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and fitness studios of Russian Hill and Polk St, and a couple of blocks to Union St. For tourists, it's a short walk to Lombard St, Fisherman's Wharf, and the waterfront bike/running path on the Bay. I also have a driveway with free safe parking available in a notoriously hard neighborhood to find parking.

This studio has gets lots of light in the morning and is peaceful with the view of Mission Dolores Church in the background. It’s about 280 square feet. You can’t beat the location and privacy. You also have direct access to a common shared garden. It’s a perfect place to come home to after working in the city or exploring. The location is the best. You don’t need a car when you stay here.
