E' ideale anche come punto di appoggio per chi volesse visitare le numerose località turistiche della zona: Orta San Giulio, il Lago Maggiore con Stresa e le isole Borromee, il lago di Mergozzo, la Valle dell' Ossola, la Valle Strona, la Valsesia e molte altre. L’ appartamento si trova n posizione dominante sul Lago Maggiore e sull’antico borgo di Belgirate, situato all’interno di un residence di sole, otto unità, una delle poche soluzioni con piscina nei dintorni (condivisa con poche un ed aperta da metà Giugno fino a fine Settembre). A pochi minuti di cammino si arriva al lago ed in centro paese dove si trovano tutti i servizi principali: mini market, bar, ristoranti, lavanderia, farmacia, tabacchieria .Parcheggio auto all’interno del residence
