The Stables

Since converting our old stables it has been very popular with people visiting York and Harrogate which are both 20 minutes away.We are lucky to have some lovely local pubs/ restaurants in the nearby villages (10mins away) Within half an hour you can be in the Dales or the Yorkshire Moors - walking, visiting a National Trust property, or sampling a local pub or tearoom. The Stables are clean, cosy and comfortable, with modern, light rooms. The views overlook farmland - beautiful in the evenings.

A beautiful hand-renovated 1960s railway carriage, nestled in a quiet rural farm in Norton le Clay, North Yorkshire. Featuring bespoke detail throughout, our unique hideaway features a luxurious double bed with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a cosy log burner. Outside, enjoy the fenced private space with a fire pit/BBQ, games and seating overlooking the iconic White Horse. No. 3 Alice's Cottage - Hot tub in private garden

A warm welcome to Alice's cottage which is part of Priory Holiday Cottages, self-catering holiday cottage. Built on the historical site of Syningthwaite the cottages are named as such because of their close proximity to the Syningthwaite Priory. Each cottage is named after a Prioress that ruled the Priory during its life time. Alice's cottage is a spacious cottage which has its own private garden and BBQ. A hot tub can be added to the booking for £75 per stay.
