The Engine House

The Engine House is a Grade 2 listed conversion in the stunning development that is Perran Foundry. 10 minutes from Falmouth beach, and 10 minutes from Truro city. Nestled on the banks of the river Kenall, The Perran Foundry is a World heritage site that is over 200years old!. The Engine House as the name suggests was the beating heart of the foundry. The building has been brought back to life and now boasts contemporary spaces set into the fabric of the old foundry buildings.

Holywell Lodge

Holywell sleeps 4 guests plus infants and is a fully equipped lodge with an exclusive Hottub for private use on the decking. Many of Cornwalls beautiful beaches are just a short 5-10 minute drive away, visit Perranporth, Holywell Bay, Crantock and Newquay Fistral Beach with ease. On-site communal facilities include an outdoor heated swimming pool (seasonal), picnic park with BBQ facilities, children’s play equipment and a small fish pond, and a games room with a pool table.
