A is the top unit & B is the lower unit and it's a studio style floor plan. Each unit has a washer, dryer, fridge and more great amenities. Each unit has it's own separate entrance and parking. It is beautifully decorated modern/ industrial style. It's has great views of mountains and is in a great location near Bryce, Zion, Grand canyon, Bryce Canyon & Lake Powell.

Hummer Hill Vacation Rental

Lovingly built for our family. Proudly shared with yours. Hummer Hill has a long history of hosting guests. When Glendale was first established, this lot was designated as a temporary home for visitors, emigrants and travelers. And while I'm not a native to this area, I was able to purchase the lot to build my family home. The home was remodeled in 2018 when I began hosting. After you ascend some steps from the garage you enter the apartment and are greeted with a clean and quiet apartment. The family room has a 40" flat screen, & a pull out couch. The kitchen has a mini fridge, two burner stove, and a convection microwave. The bedroom is separate from the family/kitchen area. The bedroom has a queen log bed with a bathroom.

Mona's Place is a remodeled home on highway 89. It is ideally located close to 3 national parks, one state park, and Lake Powell. The White Mountains seen from the back yard are magnificent. Everything in the home is new except we kept some of "grandma's" things. The home has a country/farm atmosphere. There is a back patio/porch where you can enjoy the sunsets on the White Cliffs, and a back yard with grass. We would love to have you visit Mona's Place.
