Large Georgian room with high ceilings & large sash window overlooking church. (Bells ring Tuesday eve & Sunday morning). It’s a quiet space when the church bells aren’t ringing with lots of bird singing. I provide bed linens and towels. Elegant town house in quiet central location. 5 minute walk to Penzance town centre, Morrab Tropical Gardens, Penlee Gallery, historic Chapel Street and restaurants & pubs. A gentle walk takes you to the promenade and the Art Deco Jubilee Pool (with geothermal bathing pool). Newlyn with its fishing port, restaurants and pubs is a 15 minute walk along the prom. Sandy beaches such as Sennen and Porthcurno & stunning coves are within a short drive. The Train and Bus station are a 10 minute walk.

Beautiful detached barn conversion, C.1800. South facing, enjoys the sun through out the day to early evening. Situated in a peaceful location with absolute privacy, its own garden with picnic table. Good sized decking area, perfect for breakfast outside in the early morning sunshine, or to enjoy a glass of wine in what is a gorgeous sun trap. Lavender barn is located on a now non working farm, surrounded by fields, meadows and woodland.

Situated in a pedestrian area and this quiet lane is just a short 10 minute walk from the harbour, shops, restaurants and galleries along with the sandy beaches and other attractions that St Ives has to offer. This cottage is an ideal base for exploring St Ives and beyond. We happily welcome up to 2 pets but please note the space limitations of the cottage.
