The house is only two blocks from the BART station, which is only 6 minutes away from UC Berkeley campus and half an hour from San Francisco. There’s also grocery stores, restaurants, coffee very close by in El Cerrito Plaza. This is a newly built, attached one bedroom in-law unit with private entrance in the quiet backyard. It offers absolutely privacy and is very bright, cozy, spacious. Shared laundry with us in the garage. Free Parking in the driveway. Safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood.

One of the two private entrances opens into a lush garden with wisteria-draped pergola and multiple (shared) seating areas and paths.

Dave and Tina have a lovely garden cabin with private entrance and bath for 2 people. Quiet and serene in the East bay hills. Close to SF, Berkeley, Northern California coast and wine country. Most appropriate for someone with a car, there is a bus line connecting to BART. A small, very friendly poodle shares the garden.
