My house located in a beautiful lakeside, and it is only 5 min drive to the Point Lonsdale beach and lighthouse. Take a short stroll to the local cafe. Ride your bike in the endless Bellarine bike paths. Visit the various wineries around, or wander to the many nature reserves in the Bellarine.

As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. Bring the whole family to this happy place with lots of room for fun. Close to beautiful beaches, this three bedroom beach house has been renovated to include modern amenities with a classic feel. Ample parking, including a double carport that's tall enough for your boat, and a securely fenced yard to keep your pooch safely on the property. The spacious living area opens onto a large north facing deck for entertaining or lounging after a day at the beach. This hideaway is the perfect getaway.

Infants over 6 mths [ mobile - i.e. crawling and above ] are discouraged for safety reasons We are a well travelled couple who enjoy interacting with people. The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.

A beautiful, cosy self-contained studio cottage in the hills of Bellbrae, with sweeping views down the Spring Creek Valley, a snip of ocean across to the Peninsula and twinkle of Torquay lights at night. 🍀 Enjoy the pool and outdoor bath in private oasis near the gateway to the Great Ocean Road. 🍃 Two night minimum Thursday to Saturday however sometimes one night is available, dependent on other bookings. One night minimum Sunday to Wednesday.
