A little bit of Australian tranquility only 11kms from Melbourne CBD and a 19km drive from Melbourne Airport. Free street parking always available. A 1.5km walk to trams giving easy access to some of Melbourne's coolest inner city northern suburbs - Fitzroy, Northcote, Brunswick. Longer stays considered on enquiry.

Plenty of space makes this a perfect retreat for families, business trips, or a spontaneous getaway. A true inner North suburban home that feels remotely located whilst being very connected. You can access Merri Creek trail from a gate direct from our back garden. Tram located at the end of our street ( a couple of minute walk ) for access to the CBD via Brunswick and Carlton.

A uniquely Melbourne experience - perfect for an extended (or short) stay. The Stables were originally built in 1880 for the horses that serviced the Victorian home they are situated behind. The Stables have been converted into a spacious, sun-lit, private, fully self-contained accommodation over 2 levels with a shared garden and independent access (allowing you to come and go as you please). It is a short stroll to great food, leafy Edinburgh Gardens, public transport and bike paths.

This rustic little studio cottage is a 8x5m room in my backyard. It is also connected to my art studio on the south side. There is a separate side gate entrance on the right or West side of the house with a keycode. I will send this to you directly. The cottage is fully self-contained, kitchenette, frig, microwave, electric plug in hotplate, shower, toilet, WIFI, table & chairs, linen, Electric blanket, no TV.
