Breage is perfectly placed for exploring the south and north coasts. Incredible local beaches at Rinsey Cove and Praa Sands are only moments away.

Mazal House Studio.

Mazal Studio is a self contained annex, with a double bedroom with shower, separate WC and basin and a basic kitchen/utility room. Although there are no facilities to cook as such there is a small microwave oven and fridge for your convenience, you are more than welcome to bring food in. We are situated a short distance from Helston town centre and are very close to Coronation Park and the Boating Lake. Lidl is a 2 minute walk away, as is the beautiful Penrose walk down to Loe Bar.

With views from almost every room, moments from the water’s edge, and a crackling fire for those cosy nights. This is coastal Cornwall at its best!

You will find Baileys Little House in the heart of Cornwall. The historic town of Helston is a 5 minute drive away. Ideal if you have friends that would like to come and stay at the same time.
