The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

Black Swan Cottage provides a unique opportunity for people who wish to experience living in Tasmania in such a beautiful location that Kingston Beach has to offer. The cottage is set on the riverbanks of Browns River with a very sunny aspect overlooking the Kingston Beach Golf Course with beautiful views of Mount Wellington. Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people . The Bungalow has a queen bed, compact living space, kitchenette & ensuite. Glass doors to a timber deck, seating & BBQ. Parking for boat & car. The Bungalow is private & separate from the main house, situated at the end of a farm shed, 35min drive to airport & city. Pets request.
