This cute cottage is conveniently located in Seabrook - halfway between Houston & Galveston. This sits on a property that is a little over a 1/2 acre. The main house is next door. The cottage is completely detached & has its own small fenced backyard. Feel like you're in the country yet just a hop & a skip to the highway. Guests love being so close to amazing restaurants, bars, live music, shops & beaches! It's a great "homebase" for your vacation or if you're traveling for work!

Riverside Manor is a peaceful retreat outside of Houston, just 15 min from NASA and Galveston island. This self enclosed Guest suite has a private entrance, bathroom and kitchenette (no full stove). Exit through the kitchenette straight down to the river, where you can relax around the fire pit, fish in the Bayou or paddle a kayak (or 3). Property is raised up amongst the trees, surrounded by nature and peace. Can sleep 4 but best suited for one couple, families or 3 close friends.

The Back 40 is a private 40-acre cattle ranch located 15 minutes from Galveston Bay with private parking and a home gym. The Bunkhouse is a 716 Sq. Ft. guest studio apartment located on the property and sleeps 12, 1 bathroom, washer/dryer, fully functional kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, and coffee maker. This outdoor paradise includes a Saltwater hot tub and pool with waterfalls, mermaids, an outdoor kitchen, a volleyball court, and a fishing pond.

Located halfway between downtown Houston and the Galveston beaches, it's just a few minutes to lots of shopping and restaurants, with Kemah Boardwalk and Nasa Space Center a short drive away.
