Il se situe entre 5 et 10 minutes a pied du centre du village et des services utiles : navette gratuite, école de ski enfants, télécabine du Jaillet, Palais des sports (spa, tennis, patinoire, piscine chauffée), luge 4 saisons, location de skis, supermarché, restaurants etc...
