A stylish two-bedroom and large lounge apartment only 2 minutes walk to Browns Bay beach and a 3 minute walk to the restaurants, cafes and bars in the village of Browns Bay. The lounge opens to a peaceful sun-bathed terrace and there is a hot tub and outdoor shower through the french doors of one of the bedrooms. Surrounded by Tuis and Wood pigeons the hut is close to Piha and Karekare…or simply stay and enjoy nature. Beaches are 10 minutes away by car. Grocery shopping and gassing up recommended beforehand.
