This is a single bedroom dwelling with 2 sliding patio door entrances and decks. One entrance leads to the master bedroom and the other is the living room area. Explore nearby hiking trails or gaze upon the horse pasture with friendly horses that will come right up to the back patio for some gorgeous photo opportunities.

Sit by the year round creek and enjoy the soothing sounds of water meandering its way beneath the lush green trees as the sunlight peaks through the branches and dances on the water. Stay at our quiet, safe, and private horse facility/mini farm. Ponies to draft size horses call it home. Various other farm animals live here. The guest house is a three bedroom modular home with two baths. You have the house to yourself. There is a carport not included and is used for storing horse drawn equipment. Beyond the pasture to the east is a wooded area with a trail that borders the Green River. The farm is 9 miles from the Buffalo River. It is 2 miles to town.

Small rustic cabin on Factory Creek. Nice gravel beach on the banks of Factory Creek. Cabin has fiber high speed internet. Workspace has a small desk with two 27in monitors and a docking station. Two smart TVs, 55in on the inside and a 40in in the outside screened in porch. Propane grill downstairs. Two beds; a queen in the Loft(access to loft is by attics stairs~375lb rating) and a twin downstairs. There is also a large pillow-back couch.
