Renovated beachfront holiday home with stunning sea views, open-plan living and great indoor-outdoor flow. Two large bedrooms with good wardrobes and storage, and a third bedroom with two single beds. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area opens onto a large deck and lawn area with great sun. Only 2 hours driving from either Tauranga, Rotorua or Gisborne - a good resting point. Lovely quiet cottage set on lifestyle block with many chickens and sheep. 3 minutes driving to fabulous Waiotahi beach and only 10 minutes into Opotiki for cafes and shopping. Peace and tranquility - leave the city behind.

Surrounded by the bush, our unique cosy studio is a welcome retreat. Breakfast and good coffee is provided for our guests. Situated at the top of a hill with good views. We are within walking distance to the beautiful Nga Tapuwai o Toi walking track, 5 mins drive to Ohope beach and Whakatane town. Listen to the call of native birds, including Kiwi. Sit on the deck and watch the sun go down. This is a great place to unwind and relax.

Home heating is provided by a beautiful freestanding fire fuelled by wood harvested from the property sustainably while hot water is from our solar system ( bathing in the sunshine )
