We had one of our best vacations staying at Debbie's and visiting Nashville and surrounding areas. Debbie was so friendly, helpful and made our stay enjoyable by leaving us treats and basic needs while we stayed. We read the reviews and the one left by Stan was not at all accurate. Her place has character , charm and warmth. We did not experience any smells of mold or mildew, and we found the bathroom to be accommodating in our needs. We used Uber to go downtown and found that helpful as this place is not that far from downtown. If you are looking for a charming get away this is well worth the money. Debbie even discounted our stay because the furnace had to be replaced while we were there, was not expecting this as things happen and we understand that. Thank you Debbie and Emmie Lou for making us feel right at home at your place, we will be back again.

Debbie is a very thoughtful and caring hostess! This was the 3rd time I have stayed at her lovely, comforting, peaceful apartment. The neighborhood is easy to find and a really beautiful area of Nashville.

Overwhelming smell of mold and mildew upon entering (made me sick, had to go to ER Sunday morning), bathroom not functional, dirt on surfaces, coffee maker and mugs filthy, shower head toxic, shower teak mat bouncy like trampoline, almost fell 4 times trying to shower, can’t sit on toilet without hitting back and head on cabinet, no control of heat/air (owner controls upstairs), bed sits so high had to help my fiance get in/out, extremely cluttered with 1971 “decor”, door code buttons so dirty code easily detected not secure, screeching noises like furniture being moved across floor every night. Arrived Friday night of “fall break”, no other hotel available to leave or we would have. Don’t waste your money or risk your health, go elsewhere. 28 photos available.

Our stay at Debbie’s was totally relaxing, comfortable, and convenient. She had everything there that we could possibly need. And there was a loaf of fresh banana bread, fresh fruit, and snacks on the table. And the refrigerator had extra drinks and breakfast foods. It was a wonderful stay!!
