Eric is an exceptional host with great communication, thoughtful suggestions, and a warm, friendly manner! He was incredibly helpful upon our arrival, and we found the apartment very easy to access.

We felt completely at home in Eric's apartment and absolutely loved exploring the Belleville community. The location is fantastic—perfect for discovering Paris, with lively bars and plenty of charm right on your doorstep.

Checkout was seamless, and Eric kindly let us leave our bags as we had a late train back to London, which made our last day in Paris completely stress-free.

We’d highly recommend Eric’s cosy apartment to any couple looking for a perfect Parisian stay!

Mostly as described, would recommend with following caveats. Clean, had everything listed (except a wifi problem that will likely be fixed). Eric was very responsive and tried very hard to make our stay good. Neighbourhood was very lively and interesting. Only downside were 2 things (and these might not matter to you): 1. Super small for 2 people, one would be better or don't plan to spend much time there; and 2. It was very hot for our stay and the window opens onto the terrace which is a shared space. So if you had the window open, people could easily look right into your space (with you in your pajamas). If those things don't bother you, would definitely recommend.
