An enjoyable way to spend a morning learning a little about the history of Bari. Chiara was knowledgeable and enthusiastic.

There seem to be a lot of different guides giving these tours, so I suspect the quality varies a lot. Our guide was efficient and informative, but she was a bit flummoxed whenever anyone asked a question or tried to make conversation. She also came across as a bit cynical, but I don't know if that is a cultural difference or not.

Our experience bread baking was fabulous. Our host and everyone at the bakery went beyond what was expected and made it a fun and unique experience. They provided a feast for us at the end and despite not getting our message that I was gluten free, they still whipped up something that I could eat safely. We had an incredible time.

It was a lovely tour through the town with a very knowledgeable guide.
