I was in Bogota for work and found this AirBnb experience. I'm 2 years deep in my third-wave coffee adventures and this was still worthwhile and a total blast. Barista Jason led the experience and was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. There was only one other attendee when I went and the young woman was just beginning her speciality coffee journey. Jason was able to tailor the experience so that, at different experience levels, we both had a great time and learned a lot. No matter what kind of coffee you're into, this is a valuable experience that will help you easily differentiate commercial coffee vs specialty coffee. By pitting the two against each other, just about anyone can tell the difference, which is a unique experience in itself. We tried different varieties and brew methods (Espresso, V60, Aeropress, and Siphon). I left with 7 bags of coffee, all different varieties including my favorites, Geisha and Pink Bourbon.
