Munirah Rimer, founder and owner of Teratai Malaysia, is a batik artist whose batik art workshops represent a tribute and a commitment to the authentic culture of her birthplace Malaysia. She grew up in Kedah (northern Malaysia), attended boarding school in Kuala Lumpur, and later received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Miami.
She is passionate and proud to offer these unique, simple yet beautiful cultural experiences throughout South Florida.
