Come and enjoy the semi rural feel in Tasman Village with Kina beach only a minute away by car. Motueka 10 minutes away and Kiteriteri 20 mins away. Head down to Mapua for a wine at Rium bar and eat some fantastic Fish and chips at The Smoke House after a busy day exploring. This is a comfortable open living space for a couple. Easy, small but comfortable, open plan home. Walking distance to Richmond shops and supermarkets. 15 minutes drive to Mapua or Nelson centre and Tahunanui Beach. Private back section house with plenty of outdoor entertaining area. BBQ and pizza oven for fun summer evenings and a long driveway for kids to ride their bikes. Tree is safe for climbing.Port-a-cot is available. There are plenty of toys for the kids and there is Netflix for those rainy inside days.
