Our guest house is a 2 story suite. It is approximately 960 square ft. It features a private entrance with keyless entry, bathroom with shower, kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker, and toaster. Our guest house has 2 queen beds, 2 mounted big screen smart televisions (70 inches and 65 inches) with Hulu, Netflix, Disney +, recliner couches, and free WIFI. The unit sleeps 4 adults comfortably. We are approximately 5 miles from the beach. 8.9 miles from SoFi Stadium and near many hospitals.

Only 15 minutes away from LAX, the beaches (Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach & Manhattan Beach), the Kia Forum, and the SoFi Stadium, and close to tons of food options in South Bay.

Walking distance to Whole Foods, CVS and coffee! Plenty of street parking. My unit is a two night minimum stay.
