North Country Cottage

This beautiful, recently renovated home is out in the country down a dead-end road, but still only a few miles from the town of Ladysmith. It is about a mile from a little county park on the Dairyland Reservoir, only a few miles from the local golf course, and just down the road from hopping on the snowmobile trail in the winter. The Orchard Shed is a newly built shouse nestled at the foot of the Blue Hills There are 3 spacious bedrooms a large living room and kitchen. Christie Mountain ski resort and rock climbing is 4 miles away. Find Devils Kettle and other hiking adventures in the hills. Cross country skiing and snowshoeing trails. Snowmobile trails from your back door. UTV trails just down the road. The quiet calm of the apple orchard brings in deer and birds. Don’t miss the beautiful sunrises in the morning.

Flaming Torch Lodge

This is a quaint little cabin on the Flambeau River just outside of Ladysmith, WI (flambeau translastes to flaming torch) It is a clean space with rustic charm. It has a fully equipped kitchen, stove and fridge. A gas fireplace is the centerpiece of the living room. Snuggle up on the sofa or recliner, turn on the fireplace, and relax. There is one bedroom with a memory foam mattress. A loft with a sleeper couch. Free amenities, including cleaning. No pets and no smoking at any time please.

Hunt Hill's Rustic Log Cabin

Welcome to Hunt Hill Nature Center! We are a public, non-profit learning center and nature sanctuary. Our historic Log Cabin is nearly a century old and offers a peaceful retreat in the woods. All the furniture was updated in 2018. The Log Cabin is located just outside of the main camp, settled on top of a hill overlooking pristine forest habitat. Nearby towns offer additional entertainment or relax in our quiet setting while reading a good book in front of the stone fireplace.

Behind The Pines 2, Spacious Home Away From Home

This is a spacious, beautiful home away from home! We are located about a 1/4 mile away from gorgeous Lake Holcombe. Nestled away behind the pines :) The area offers plenty of out door activities, year round. Take a walk on the quiet, peaceful lakeshore, or jump on the trails just down the road for some OTR fun. There is also the well known ice age hiking trail close by. We do offer maps located on your welcome stand to help you navigate our great community.

When you need a break from trail riding the best ATV and snowmobile trails in Northern WI, hiking the beautiful Bluehills Ice Age trail, downhill skiing at Christie Mountain, or hunting and fishing...do it with us in these unique and beautiful cabins. There are three wonderful Restaurants/Bars within walking distance from the front door. Weyerhaeuser also has a wonderful park with a playground, ball fields, and a six pickle ball courts.

Granny's Nest

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Grandma's cozy apartment is a private, quiet country space. A home away from home to relax or work. Or if you'd rather be out and about we have a lovely little park beside Main Creek where you can grill and enjoy nature. It's accessible either by foot or vehicle. Located between Lake Holcombe and Flambeau Flowage. We have plenty of convenient parking space.
