Chez Gladines is a must-see of the Butte aux Cailles neighborhood. There you will taste rich Basque dishes for less than 20€/person, wine included. Very popular in Paris, then very crowded at night !

Cheap and hearty French cuisine. But careful: it's always full so go there early or late, or give your name at the entrance and wait for a table in the bar next door
