If you want to see Berlin from above, you can go to the TV tower and have a great overview.

Not a must but they feature a nice restaurant for brunch in the middle section with great view on the city

Have you ever heard of "Langer Lulatsch"? That's how the inhabitants call the Funkturm. You can have lunch or a drink at the Funkturm restaurant in about 80 meters and enjoy the breathtaking view of Berlin.
