Katsukichi Shibuya With $20~$30, you'll get best quality Tonkatsu. Extra Rice/Soup/Veggie free so you'll never feel hungry when you leave. It's located south-east side of Shibuya station (totally opposite of Hachiko). Lunch time may be a bit crowded.
