Close by and have a chill atmosphere, wonderful coffee, food (including vegetarian & GF options), beer (many from local beweries!) & wine selection.

This is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee, but they also have a large selection of wine by the glass. The food is pretty good, too, if you're looking for a bite to go along with your coffee, tea or wine.
