Cafe/canteen placed on the top floor in Cracowian Music Academy. To find the place you have to enter the Academy, use the lift and choose the top floor. (not many people know about, if you can't find the place - ask the doorman. Don't be discouraged - the view is one of the best in Cracow :-) The food is ok, (keep in mind it is aimed at students) I would recommend your order a coffee and perhaps a cake, and sit on the balcony and to enjoy rooftop views of old town!

Ok, there's "hidden gem". You can go to tis restaurant/bar only during opening hours of Academy of Music because this bar is at the top floor of the school. It should be open everyday except holidays. You go inside Music Academy, go to the lift and go up to the 6th floor. And there you are, at the top of Kraków, with the most beautiful rooftop view of the city :) And food if cheap and good too! MUST SEE!
