The Riverwalk is an area along the north and south banks of the New River in downtown Fort Lauderdale. It’s home to several of the city’s main attractions, including the Museum of Discovery and Science, the Broward Center for Performing Arts and Old Fort Lauderdale. The historic waterfront area was the original settlement in Fort Lauderdale, and some of the early architecture remains. Today you’ll also find luxury yachts in the marina and lining the river.
